I consider health to be one of the core topics of study in every person’s life. When health suffers, every aspect of your life suffers- relationships, spirituality, academics, and work.
Often people think of health and exercise as a limiting lifestyle that relies on self-control and motivation. I don’t believe in self-control or motivation as a source for improvement. Throughout this course, you will find your desires changing through your education and your desires for a healthy lifestyle will rise above your desires for damaging lifestyles.
By the end of this course, I anticipate that you will find a new joy in life as your relationships, spirituality, academics, work and mental well-being improve as a natural consequence to improving your health and fitness.
About the instructor
My wife and I run a business called Healthy Preparedness where we teach others about maintaining health in times of need. We sell products related to health and coach others in overcoming health challenges.
I am a runner, outdoorsman, and martial artist. Currently, I teach at a local martial arts school in Lehi, UT.
